The story starts with an invasion of the M78 Star Cloud with only Father of Ultra, Zoffy and Taro left in the Ultra Stronghold. The rest or most of the normal Ultra soldiers have been slayed or badly wounded by the on-slaught. Sees like the ones that have been sent to Earth are the elites which were referred to as The UltraWarriors. Zoffy sets off on a mission to recover and persuade the 4 of their greatest warriors back to aid them in their time of need. ( Ultraman, Jack, Seven and Ace )

In this series, it was said that Jack deserted the Squad because he accidentally killed an innocent child while trying to save him from a villain, Ultraman then in fear of his safety left with him. A short scene of Jack rescuing another boy regains his confidence and leaves with the other two in search of Seven and Ace.

The book portrays Seven and Ace as combat buddies and their opening scene was them in an Arena trashing the competition. As Zoffy relates what has happened to M78 Star Cloud Ace was all hot up to get back at those that attacked but Seven was reluctant. Saying “ I am here only to improve my abilities. M78 holds no homage to me.” Angered by his remark, Ace swears to take his share of the killing and leaves with the rest. After much thought, Seven regretted his words and went after them.

The other half of the book shows us of internal conflict between the Ultras after peace was restored. Where we come face to face with Father of Ultra’s Brother….. His brother lead an army of Ultras to wipe out the entire Universe of monsters. ( No matter good or bad ) The rest of the book shows how Father of Ultra tries to stop his brother from this madness.

Scenes also with appearance of an Ultra that looks like Ultraseven21 who gets into a duel with Seven and gets killed.

The third and longest section shows a rally between the Ultras and the Monsters in the name of peace. But in the conference violence breaks out and the fighting begins. Father of Ultra and UltraKing were captured but taro escaped to warn the others about it. However before they can take action their homeland was invaded once again. Short handed the Ultras can’t save their father and leave their home planet at the same time.

This is where UltraSeven comes in. Leading with him his band of warriors from the Red division. Here we are told that the normal Ultras wer charged with Universe safety and the Red Ultras were responsible for the safety of M78. aking only 7 warriors with him, UltraSeven stayed back to defend his homeplanet

This sections continues with their battles. In order to gain success they have to steal back their mothership from the monsters. After a successful attempt they race to the Monster’s home planet to rid them of their menace. Entering their enemy’s stronghold they found themselves trapped in a ship heading to destroy earth. Fearing for the safety of the Earthlings, they used all their energy to destroy the ship left them stranded on earth as men and women. Only Mother of Ultra, Zoffy, Seven and Ultraman were found the rest have disappeared.

When the aliens attacked again they threaten to kill the earthlings if these 4 don’t show up. The earthlings heard this and started cursing the Ultras for what and happened….. and thus out of good will they showed themselves only to be knocked out by the Aliens. Luckily Leo and Astra showed up to save them.

After they have finished those Aliens off, the other 3 Ultras appeared, looking funny…. Seems like they were mind controlled. Not knowing that Leo and Astra was knocked out.

 

The aliens were trying to control the Ultras in doing their bidding……

This section also shows how grateful the Earth Defense Control were to the Ultras from saving them time and time again. Where their captain in order to help them crashed his plan right into the Alien’s leader to give the Ultras a fighting chance.

The last book has 3 parts.

 

1^st Part continues with the part where they were trying to rid the Monster.

The 2^nd part documents how Zoffy mastered his M78 Blast Technique and his life story of his parents and teacher.

The last part shows us of the Red Division and where and how UltraSeven became who he is today.
